The effectiveness of the programmes and projects that had been implemented to promote economic growth had to be monitored and evaluated in order to help inform future plans. This business function is responsible for tracking down the implementation progress of each project and to establish if it was meeting the set expectations and target in terms of its impact on the lives of the target beneficiaries.
